How do I receive the files once I make a purchase?

Once the transaction is complete, you will receive an email with a download link. Click on the link to download the .Zip file. You will need to decompress the .zip folder then you can access your STL files. You can redownload the files 3 times from the download link. 

 

Can I sell prints made with your models?

No. The models are for your personal use only. Paint them for yourself or give them as gifts to your friends. but you are not allowed to sell the STL or prints made from your purchase.

 

Can I modify and resell your models?

You can alter the file in any way you want, but you are not allowed to resell or distribute it.

 

Can I resell your files?

No, my designs are only available for purchase from this website.
I am not on Esty, or other platforms, if you see an unauthorized reseller, please advise me or report the pirate on the platform.

 

I would like to sell your models. Can I purchase a commercial license?

We do not offer commercial licenses at the moment. Please send me an email at isabelle@wickelle.com so we can discuss further.

 

Do you offer Physical products?

We do not offer physical products at the moment, but we are working on it.

I have an FDM printer, can I still print your model?

Absolutely! All Wickelle models are tested on a resin 3D printer, so your result may vary with an FDM 3D printer and you will need to set your supports according to your printer.

I have a Resin printer, can I still print your model?

Absolutely! All Wickelle models are tested on a resin 3D printer (Elegoo Saturn 3). You just need to set your supports according to your printer.

I made a purchase but didn't receive my file

Once the transaction is complete, you will receive an email with a download link. If you haven't received the email, check your spam folder. If you have not received the link in the next 24 hours, please contact me via email with your receipt at isabelle@wickelle.com..

If you are unable to download the file from the link check that your browser or antivirus software is not blocking the download. 

I tried printing the file and it failed. Can I have my money back?

You cannot get a refund on a digital product. All files are tested and printed before being available for purchase. All 3D printing machines are different, try reprinting with different settings or look online for troubleshooting tips.

If you notice a flaw with the model, please communicate with me at isabelle@wickelle.com so I can make modifications.

Can I send you some photos of my prints?

Yes please! I would love to see them! Tag me on Instagram or send them via email at isabelle@wickelle.com.
